OPEN FOR CARRY OUT & PICK UP

After many years of being in the food service industry working for others and being a restaurant consultant, we were having our daughter's graduation party, and my brother and I were cooking BBQ and noticing how much everyone was enjoying it. 

 

I looked at my brother and said, "Do you remember how I was talking about having a food cart?"  He responded, "Yes, this is what I wanted to do - COOK FOOD AND BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER!

On that day, Bert's Chuckwagon BBQ was born.  With the help of a good friend, "Carol", the dream was a reality!
